Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with JQTable Pro, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Within 14 days of first payment
  • Valid for both monthly and yearly plans

Not Eligible:

  • Renewals (subsequent billing periods)
  • After 14 days from initial purchase
  • If subscription was already cancelled

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at jqtable@gmail.com with:

  • Your email address used for payment
  • Order number (from LemonSqueezy receipt)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We typically process refunds within 2-3 business days.

4. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation: Stops future charges, you keep Pro access until end of billing period. No refund for current period.

Refund: Returns your payment and immediately ends Pro access.

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of monthly or yearly subscriptions.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We'll attempt to charge again within 3 days
  • You'll receive an email notification
  • After 3 failed attempts, subscription will be cancelled
  • No refunds for failed payment scenarios

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Additional fees from payment processor
  • Possible legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

8. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through LemonSqueezy. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).

9. Account Deletion and Refunds

If you delete your account:

  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled first before account deletion
  • You can still request a refund within 14 days even after deleting your account
  • Include your original email and order number in the refund request
  • Account deletion does not automatically grant a refund

To Delete Your Account:

  1. Cancel your subscription (if active)
  2. Open JQTable extension
  3. Click on subscription status badge
  4. Scroll to "Account Management"
  5. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

10. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds for subscriptions purchased with promotional codes or discounts will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

11. Plan Downgrades

If you switch from yearly to monthly plan:

  • No refund for remaining months of yearly plan
  • Change takes effect at next renewal date
  • You keep yearly access until renewal

12. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests beyond 14 days in exceptional cases:

  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Critical bugs preventing normal use
  • Unauthorized charges
